What's included: 

Available all year round 

Up to 25 guests (seated/ formal) OR Up to 40 guests (standing/ cocktail style)

(No marquee hire required) 

Ceremony: 

• Exclusive use of Rathmoy estate as a venue for your wedding day for up to 40 guests, with multiple locations for your ceremony
• Riverside open air chapel, including seating with an aisle and wedding arch set up (weather dependent).
• Timetable flexibility to suit how you want your wedding day to run
• Setup of the facility the day prior to your wedding day and pack down the day after

Reception:

 (Includes tables, chairs, crockery and glassware)

• SEATED - set up for up to 25 people to be formally seated indoors (alternatively outdoor if weather allows) OR
• STANDING - set up for up to 40 people standing inside with plenty of outside seating available (alternatively outdoor if weather allows)
• Exclusive use of the venue for the day after your wedding for up to 40 people
• Lighting package for the food and bar area
• Multiple locations for photoshoots (farm, riverside, homestead gardens) including a gourmet picnic hamper for your bridal party for up to 10 people
• Rubbish, we will manage and remove all recycling and rubbish from your wedding day
• Toilets, will be serviced and kept tidy throughout your reception
• Portable speaker with P .A. for music and speeches
• Cake table
• Signing table/ chair with fountain pen
• Lawn games, choice of 3 from: giant jenga, giant connect four, giant naughts & crosses petanque, croquet, badminton, racket ball (like tennis) and kubb
• Up to 2 Site visits (excluding initial meet and greet) with a Wedding coordinator
• Dedicated wedding coordinator available to help throughout the planning process
• Function manager on-site during wedding day, up to 8 hours

Bar:

• Bar set up outside (depending on weather), next to the lodge and food caravan (this will include a small gazebo and chiller trailer).
• Includes tea, coffee and water station set up for guests.
• 1 Staff member to run the bar for your wedding day (up to 8 hours)
• BYO, no additional alcohol or corkage fees

Accommodation: 

• 3 nights accommodation for up to 10 people at Rathmoy estate's river lodge
